The Paddock is the estate at its most cinematic and its least built. White post-and-rail fencing runs in long straight lines across bare sand, giving a strong graphic lead-line in almost any direction a camera points.
Paved drives curve through the grounds between mature palms and planted verges, wide enough for vehicle tracking work and clean enough to double for a private compound anywhere in the Gulf.
Past the fencing the land simply stops — open desert to the horizon, no neighbouring build, no power lines through frame. That absence is the asset: establishing shots need no clean-up.
We provide 4x4 transport, desert power and water, and dust management for gear across the open ground.
